PALLAS PACE
Pallas graduated from Langara College in 2023 and brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to every treatment. She believes in creating space for our intricate nervous systems to slow down, reconnect with the breath and support the body’s natural healing processes. Her style blends myofascial release, trigger point therapy, passive stretching and intentional therapeutic touch to support both body and mind while encouraging a greater sense of ease and connection.
With a special interest in pre and postnatal care, Pallas is passionate about supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum and the many phases of life. She enjoys tailoring each treatment to the unique needs of the individual and the changes their body may be experiencing. She also has a strong interest in facial massage, including intra-oral techniques for TMJ dysfunction. This work aids clients in finding relief from jaw tension, headaches, neck pain and encourages relaxation.
Her treatments also extend to individuals managing neurological, orthopaedic, or digestive concerns. She believes every body and every experience is unique, and aims to create a safe, warm environment where each person feels heard and supported. Pallas offers thoughtful homecare recommendations to help continue progress outside the treatment room and, when needed, is happy to connect clients with other practitioners to further support their healing.
