Naturopathic Women’s Health

Women’s Health with Dr. Sarah Sosnowski, ND

Hormones affect almost everything: your energy, sleep, mood, weight, skin and cycle. When something feels off, you’re often told your labs are “normal” or that it’s just part of being a woman. Dr. Sarah Sosnowski looks for the root cause of your symptoms and builds a plan around you. That plan can include nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements, acupuncture, lifestyle changes and, when needed, prescription medication.
