Darthe Capellan

Some people learn about recovery from textbooks. Darthe learned it the hard way—on the wrestling mat.

A retired member of the Canadian National Wrestling Team, Darthe trained at an elite level, becoming one of Canada’s top wrestlers, earning international medals, and competing around the world. Needless to say, he knows a thing or two about hard work, recovery, and what happens when you ask your body to do things it probably didn’t agree to.

Throughout his wrestling career, massage therapy became an essential part of Darthe’s recovery, injury management, mobility, and performance. Experiencing firsthand how much the right treatment could help his body recover—and keep going—sparked a passion that eventually led him to pursue massage therapy professionally.

Today, Darthe brings that same discipline and athletic insight to his work with clients. He offers treatments from relaxation to therapeutic deep-tissue treatments, adapting each session to the individual. Whether you’re dealing with stubborn muscle tension, looking to improve mobility, managing pain, trying to recover from training, or simply need to unwind, Darthe’s goal is to help you feel and move better.

His approach combines technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and genuine compassion—with just enough humour to remind you that massage therapy doesn’t have to feel like a punishment.

After years of competing against some of the toughest athletes in the world, Darthe has learned an important lesson: taking care of your body isn’t a luxury—it’s part of the game.

And whether your “game” is high-level competition, chasing after kids, working at a desk all day, or simply getting through Monday, Darthe is here to help keep you moving.
